In today’s fast-paced, postmodern world, time is a precious commodity, and even 15 minutes of morning devotions can seem too much. But it was Martin Luther who said, “I have so much business I cannot get on without spending three hours daily in prayer.”
Most of us don’t have three hours to pray. But we probably do have at least five to fifteen minutes to dedicate to God in the morning, and can send up “popcorn” prayers throughout the day -childlike, short, simple prayers of faith going up to heaven on ours and others’ behalf.
